My brother and his wife just adopted the newest member of their family. This little girl now known as 'Emma' was rescued from a West Virginia Puppy Mill in which 1000 dogs were taken. Most had little human contact and were malnourished. All they knew was a life in a cage. What a lucky girl she is now...She's beautiful!
